Title: Is Occasional Drug Use Dangerous?

INTRODUCTION:
Welcome to Life Change with Christian Psychiatrist

BODY:
Teens and parents frequently ask, “Is occasional drug use dangerous?”
Two main factors influence our brain. First, the physical environment, like trauma and the chemicals the brain is exposed to, such as oxygen and nutrients to build brain cells. Second, our own decision-making practices. The Bible talks about this, and science is now proving it. By using a drug, even occasionally, both the toxin in the drug and the wrong decision to use the drug injure our brain cells. Just like one push up, done daily but incorrectly, will eventually injure your joints, using drugs, even if only several times a week, injures your brain. And the brain is one of God’s greatest creations and gifts to you.
