The Lighthouse Network’s Annual Scholarship Program
The Lighthouse Network, #1 Christian Mental Health & Sex Addiction Helpline in the United States, is proud to announce the Lighthouse Network Annual Scholarship Program. This $500 scholarship will be awarded annually to assist deserving students in furthering their education in the fields of mental health and/or addiction treatment.
Students, 18 and older, enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited school may apply.
The Application Process
All applicants are asked to compose a relevant, creative, and most importantly original (plagiarism will result in automatic rejection) essay on one of the mental health/addiction topics listed below. Be sure to include your name, email address and phone number, as well as the name of your school in all correspondence.
- Write a 1200–1500 word essay on one of the following topics:
- Adderall and Other Drugs Students Use to Stay Up Late and Study
- The Effects of Pornography on Marriage, Family & Society
- The Effects of Weed in the College Setting
- Loneliness and Depression in College
- Date Rape and Trauma in College
- Submit your completed essay in PDF format to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before [placeholder for date].
The Review & Selection Process
Lighthouse Network staff will evaluate each scholarship submission based on its originality, creativity, and relevancy. A winner will be selected on [placeholder for date] and notified by telephone and email.
