Prayer
My Lord and Savior,
Although I try, many times my thoughts seem totally disconnected with my will. I try to focus my thoughts on you but there are so many distractions. I want, I desperately want to focus my thoughts on You, but it’s a contact struggle…I feel like I am always swimming against a strong current. I know there are many things that impact my ability to think clearly; poor sleep, bad eating habits…my health and the health of others that I love…just the worries of the world. I ask that Your Holy Spirit enter my mind and help me with this challenge. I know that making good thought-choice will alow me to enjoy Your refreshing presence more and more.
