Transformational Thought
One of our Stepping Stones readers sent a video link to me. It is so awesome … so powerful, it brought tears to my eyes. Seriously. I know you will love it, especially during this Christmas season when stress, loss, illness, hurt, depression, addictions, rejection, or abandonment get magnified. I know many who will be experiencing their first Christmas without their spouse, parent, child, sibling, best friend, or sanity, well-being, or sobriety. Know that Jesus will keep you from falling apart, now and forever.
This clip is 8 min and once you see it, you will be inspired to pass it on to anyone you know who is struggling.

Here is the link if that is easier for you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_e4zgJXPpI4
Today, after watching this video, stop and realize how Jesus and the cross, physically, psychologically, and spiritually hold you together. Also, pass this to 3 people in your life who need this reminder, the proof of Jesus’ intimate involvement in his or her life. Tomorrow, be especially thankful for our spiritual laminin. Knowing He will hold you together and trusting Him is your decision, so choose well.
Prayer
Dear Father God, thank You for sending Jesus to hold me together, everyday, forever. Some days, it feels like I will fall apart … but now You give me more evidence that You are always there, intimately in my life, pulling me together. I will wake up tomorrow in joyous celebration of Jesus’ birth. Without Jesus and the hope I get from my salvation, I would surely fall apart. Thank You, Jesus, for dying to be my spiritual glue. I pray in the name of our spiritual laminin, Jesus Christ; and all God’s children say – AMEN!
The Truth
May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities–all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together. Colossians 1:11-17
